A future UN News release: Coinciding with the Centennial Council held in the planetary capital, Shamballa, at the Full Moon of May 2025, the Secretary-General of the United Nations delivered a heart-felt and inspiring speech about the idea of a spiritual Hierarchy governing the people throughout the world, embodying the best elements of the monarchial, the democratic and the socialist systems of government.  “Most of these groups of ideologies,” he stated in his speech, “have latent in them much beauty, strength, and wisdom, and a profound and valuable contribution to make to the whole.  Each will eventually see its contribution embodied under the guidance of the Hierarchy of the Lords of Compassion and the Masters of Wisdom.” The Secretary-General also used the opportunity to congratulate the New Group of World Servers on their 100-year anniversary since their foundation (1925-2025), and for having been recently recognized as ambassadors of the spiritual Hierarchy to the United Nations.

Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished delegates, esteemed colleagues, and friends from around the world,

Today, I stand before you as the Secretary-General of the United Nations, an organization built on the shared values of peace, justice, and equality. As we gather in this hallowed hall, I wish to share with you a vision of a future where humanity is governed not by division, but by unity; not by conflict, but by compassion; and not by self-interest, but by a collective wisdom that transcends borders, ideologies, and cultures.

Imagine a world where a spiritual Hierarchy governs us all, embodying the best elements of the monarchial, democratic, and socialist systems of government. Each of these ideologies, though seemingly disparate, holds within it latent beauty, strength, and wisdom. They each have a profound and valuable contribution to make to our collective human experience.

Together, we can bridge the gap between the monarchial, democratic, and socialist systems, recognizing the inherent value each brings to the table. In doing so, we can create a global society that embodies the best aspects of each, fostering a sense of belonging, cooperation, and mutual respect among all nations and peoples.

I come here today to assert the fact of the existence of a planetary Hierarchy of the Lords of Compassion and Masters of Wisdom. They can and will bring forth, with Humanity’s consent, a new era of harmony and understanding, where the Law of Right Human Relations, the Principle of Goodwill, the Law of Group Endeavor, the Principle of Unanimity, the Law of Spiritual Approach, and the Principle of Essential Divinity reign supreme to protect and foster Humanity’s Four Freedoms: the freedom of speech, the freedom of worship, the freedom from want, and the freedom from fear.

As we usher in the Aquarian Age, let us strive for the restitution of inner and spiritual guidance on a higher turn of the spiral, by recognizing in the world a united world group, the New Group of World Servers, given to unanimous and simultaneous meditation upon the work of preparing the world for this new order and for the jurisdiction of the World Teacher.

Yes, I said “a united world group given to unanimous and simultaneous meditation … for the jurisdiction of the World Teacher.” I particularly want to call your attention to this last phrase which introduces a new concept into the preparatory work to be done by the New Group of World Servers. The task is, through meditation, to establish the knowledge of and the functioning of those laws and principles which will rule the coming era, the new civilization, and the future world culture.

Until the foundation for the coming “jurisdiction” is at least laid, the World Teacher cannot reappear. If He came without this due preparation, much time, effort, and spiritual energy would be wasted. Therefore, we must assume — if these premises are accepted — that there must be organized a group of men and women in every country who, under due and proper guidance, will “simultaneously and unanimously” meditate upon those juridical measures and those basic laws upon which the rule of the World Teacher will be founded. These are essentially the Laws of the Kingdom of God, the fifth kingdom in the evolutionary and natural processes of planetary unfoldment.

Furthermore, the words “unanimous and simultaneous” are not idly chosen. A situation which is unanimous is not one which — from the spiritual angle — is imposed. It is a spontaneous mutual reaction, a reaction which is evoked by the immediate response of a soul — in touch with its personality — to a spiritual truth or intuition, and from this there is no lower mind escape. The concept of unanimity, which has been presented by authoritarian and totalitarian regimes, runs completely counter to the truth. Their idea is that the concept, the idea, the decision, and the interpretation of a group of powerful rulers establishes the truth, and to this truth the docile masses render prompt allegiance. This is a basic misconception, and to it no member of the New Group of World Servers will render homage. They will fight this imprisonment of the human soul to the last gasp.

True unanimity is a free decision in response to a presentation of truth which is as near the achieved reality as possible. Therefore, it is in the enunciation of truth that security for humanity lies. This necessarily involves a deeply spiritual presentation of essential facts. The concept of simultaneity is allied to this, for a mutual recognition of an identical approach to truth inevitably renders activity in unison.

The whole point is that in simultaneous unanimity the incentive towards activity lies with the individual and there is no imposing authority. The only authority recognized is the truth as it emerges in the human consciousness, in any world or historical cycle. Today more truth is being recognized (and incidentally, repudiated by advocates of a post-truth world) than at any other time in human history. Humanity has attained the point in evolution where men and women of goodwill are able to know the truth, if and when presented, because the concrete human mind is now more highly responsive to abstract truth, and therefore to the next evolutionary presentation. This is the reason why totalitarian regimes, the unconscious — and I mean unconscious— agents of the Dark Forces keep fighting in the world today. They keep fighting, for instance, when malicious actors exploit artificial intelligence systems for nefarious purposes, such as manipulating public opinion or undermining democratic processes like elections. They will not win. In the long run they cannot, for the human spirit is eternally sound and sane.

The restoration of ancient Atlantean rule by the spiritual Forces of Light may seem like a distant ideal, but it is an ideal that we can materialize by our collective efforts. Let us work together to build a world in peace based on right human relations, where the Laws and Principles of the New Age and the spiritual Hierarchy guide us towards a future defined by compassion, wisdom, and brotherhood.

As we embark on this journey, let us remember that the path towards this vision may be challenging, but it is not insurmountable. We must remain steadfast in our commitment to the ideals of peace through right human relations, and work in unison to manifest a world where the spiritual Hierarchy rules with compassion and wisdom.

In conclusion, I invite each and every one of you to join me in this pursuit of a more compassionate, wise, and united global community. Let us work together to create a world where the spiritual Hierarchy guides us towards a future that is brighter, more equitable, and more harmonious than any we have ever known.
